Mixed Berries & Stroopwafel PULP!
Teaming up with our good friends from Frontaal, operating out of Breda in the Netherlands there was not much debate around that this had to be a stroopwafel sour!
A stroopwafel is a Dutch treat consisting of two thin, round waffle cookies with a caramel-like syrup filing in the middle! Buttery and sweet, with notes of cinnamon and caramel. Extremely tasty if you ask us.
Expect a thick mixed berry base with raspberry, cherry and blackcurrant in carefully selected ratios. On top of this we added loads of caramelized sugar straight in to the beer and just a hint of cinnamon - for a perfect stroopwafel experience!
(Extra fact: the name “stroopwafel” literally means “syrup waffle” in Dutch)
Flip can to mix, this beer contains high levels of adjuncts that may settle in the can! After mixing, let the can rest for a few minutes to avoid foaming from the can.
Store cold!
This beer is vegan.
