Our first sour ale with watermelon, to which we, of course, added mango, strawberries, lemons, and blackberries. A difficult title to pronounce? Not really, if you enjoy listening to songs by the Bosnian band Dubioza Kolektiv, or if you've ever traveled through the band's homeland and quietly, or even better, just in your mind, add a few vowels to the title.

Tap at Sir William's Pub. Hazy, murky and dirty red, tiny white head. Gentler but very sweet fruity nose, berries and watermelon, some tropical presence and slightly tart.. Gently sweet start, medium sourness, a bit vinous and puckery. Tart finish and gentle aftertaste. Lighter body. Lovely.
