Fruity, slightly grassy and minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, pale malty background, dusty yeasty overtones, hints of white grapes, lemon, a touch of mustard seed. Taste is grassy and citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally tart-ish and minimally funky, yeasty spicy, pale and minimally crystal malty basis with low residual sweetness, hints of sour-ish, unripe fruit, gooseberry, white grapes, a touch of green apple.
Watery texture, minimally dry and somehow "crumbly" palate, medium, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation.
Overall rather unspecific fruitiness, Kveik IPA resemblance - not bad, not really exciting.
