A collaboration with Lallemand Brewing for a new yeast they are launching called Aurora. The style is Northern IPA, which is kind of a hybrid between a West Coast IPA, Hazy IPA and Cold IPA. It's double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic Dynaboost, Mosaic, Motueka, Motueka CGX, Strata, Strata CGX and Nectaron. This beer will be featured at the Craft Brewers Conference at then end of April. We were 1 of 5 breweries that got to use this yeast first.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a hazy peach-gold color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of piney hop, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
