Light bodied and eminently sessionable… blah, blah, blah. Tasting notes are all the same anyway. I’ve literally rewritten these tasting notes eight times in the last couple of years because we keep changing the hops. This time it’s old-is-new making a comeback super-bloomin’-hipster hop Comet. Best enjoyed whilst contemplating the atrocities that humanity has yet to commit.
