A bright, refreshing Pilsner - still in the Research and Development stage.
The US spends about 200 billion dollars on research and development annually. Fort George does not have 200 billion dollars. We don’t even have one billion dollars. But that
doesn’t stop us from having a great Research and Development program.
We put in a lot of hours behind the scenes - crunching numbers, conducting taste trials, sniffing hops, crunching malts and peering at yeast - before a beer leaves our brewery. We think this Pils is pretty great but we’ll never be done improving. These R&D dollars aren’t gonna spend themselves. Let us know what you think.
Hops: Haller Tradition, Saphir, Apollo
Malts: Rahr Pilsner, Weyermann Barke Pilsner, Carafoam, Acidulate

Clear gold body with white head. Light mixed aroma. Full malty taste with a spice and hop edge. Good finish.
