Sampled 2023. pours hazed blonde, no real head. Scent is malty, full, finer acidity. Taste is full, malty, de troch lambic - like. moldy, finer acidity yet very rough , old wet wood. Mild citrus. not a lot of carbonation.

0,375 l bottle. Pours golden with small white head. Aroma is fruity, tart, but there are also serious wood and earth notes, mild funk, brett character well noticeable. Acidity is noticeable, but not overpowering. Carbonation is pleasant. Finish was on the short side, fruity, acidic and pleasantly bitter.

Bottled (thanks BTR/Euphemos). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is tart brett, some berries, wood and herbal tones. Flavour is quite dry, not very sour nor tart, but still lovely bretty dry with some mild fruits.

Bottle pour at Snally: clear yellow with white head. Aroma is earthy and bretty, plenty of basement moldy funk. Taste is alightly sweet, sweaty, basement. Pretty solid.

Half champagne bottle. Corked. Vintage 2018. Lambic with IGP sign. Piana spora musujaca, szybko powstaje niczym uciekajacy rosyjscy zolnierze na rowerach z okupowanych przez siebie terenow Ukrainy. Tak szybko ze wygrali by nie jeden Tour de Pologne. Metnawe zlotawo-slonecznikowe. W aromacie kwasna fermentujaca udeptana tradycyjnie kapusta glowiasta. W smaku kwasna kapusta, szatkowana kapusta pekinska skropiona winnym octem jablkowym, kwasne jablka typu papierowki, dziki bialy agrest, cydrowy niefiltrowany profil. Mocna tresciwosc, szarlotkowa tresciwosc. Kwasne i ciagnace sie te posmaki dluuugo.
