Our brewhouse’s inaugural beer, Pocket Pils is a low ABV, decocted German Pils, made with Linc Malt Buzz Pils and malted spelt and hopped with German Tet and Hallertau. We cold ferment it with a special Rocky Mountain lager yeast strain and condition it until we decided to sell it! Proven to be a regular, crisp crusher.
