Our Helles is a lager you can drink every day without heavy contemplation. Meant to refresh and enjoy, Klassiker pours a familiar pale gold with moderate carbonation. We highlight a favorite German Pilsner malt of ours and employ only enough klassik German Tettnang hops as necessary. The beer hints at grainy sweetness and drinks with a soft but full mouthfeel. Klassiker’s finish is dry but rounded, relying on malt character and not hop bitterness.
