Our buds from @rusebrewing joined up with us to create a Kolsch style ale and yes, it's amazing. Check it out below.

Our beer, Joyce, named after Devin from Ruse Brewing's grandmother was brewed with @prairiemalt Prairie Select Pilsner and a touch of malted white wheat to up the body. We used a combination of Tettnang and @yakimachief American grown Noble Cascade hops. What are American Noble hops you may be asking these pellets are grown to mimic some aspects of continental hops like low alpha acid and have more perceived spicy and noble character. How does that taste in our beer? Well the resulting beer is light and refreshing with a touch of lemon lime on the aroma. We hope you all enjoy it!
