Made with all German ingredients, German Pilsner malt for that malt sweetness, and dextrine malt for good foam. Made with traditional noble hops - Perle, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Tettnang in the kettle. Light dry hopping with a more modern German grown hybrid, Saphir (Sa-fēr), which gives this beer a pleasant sweet citrus, tangerine, and spice notes.

Gold body with white head. Herb and citrus aroma. Malt taste with a crisp hop finish. Better than their Das Pils.
