This beer follows English brewers in embracing American hop varieties and techniques in classic English beers. A simple malt bill of Pale and Pilsner malt along with Flaked Oats provides a foundation of crackers, hay, and bread dough. Huell Melon and El Dorado hops late in the kettle bring ripe honeydew, watermelon, and mango to the forefront. Olicana, a newer UK variety, sits balanced in the background with mango and guava notes. This is a bright, clean, dry, summer drinker.
