There is something about this that’s so black…it's like how much more black could this be? And the answer is none. None More Black. This is the turning point for IPA.. again… This IPA has a black as leather appearance brought on by Carafa Special 2 dark roasted barley. It might look like death but thanks to Amarillo, Zappa, Chinook & Centennial it tastes more like life. We can’t rationalize this but it is something we did on purpose. It's simple, beautiful, classic!
