Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours a hazy very pale yellow and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of tart Meyer lemon with a touch of sweetness with a bit of wheat backing. Flavor has dry and slightly tart Meyer lemon with some earthy wheat backing.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 3/15/2019. Pours very hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy meyer lemons, lime, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of meyer lemon juice/peels, fruity/funky/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big sour/tart/tangy meyer lemons, lime, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto/musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang; light pine/herbal/grassy bitterness, and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy meyer lemons, lime, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto/musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of meyer lemon juice/peels, fruity/funky/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness and tangy fruit balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy, fairly crisp, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.9%. Overall this is an awesome fruited Berliner weisse. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of meyer lemon juice/peels, fruity/funky/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Perfectly balanced between vibrant lemon juice/peels, Brett/Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected.

Pours from the can a hazy straw color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of tart citrus, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart lemon, wheat and biscuit malt. The finish is tart with a lemony aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Draft at Salud. Cloudy yellow color. Lemon aroma. Lemon taste. Throat punch? Sucker punch? The most interesting beer name I've seen for a while, and it's entertaining just sitting at the bar and listening to people trying to pronounce it. Most just give up.
