St James named in honor of ColdFire's biggest fan, Jim Weston.
Beloved for its full, slightly biscuit-like malt character. Hints of cocoa merge gracefully with pine and citrus aromas.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has resinous hops, bready malt, and a touch of caramel malt. Flavour is fairly bitter, with some resinous hops, grapefruit pith, bready malt, and toasted caramel. Very dry, fairly bitter, grapefruity finish. Nice the most dialed in hop character but pretty solid.

Draught. Red body with white head. Evergreen, pine, fir, aroma. Body is full, with some malt characteristics. Hop finish, but not too full.
