An Imperial Red Lager, balance is the key to this unique beer style…. no, it’s not actually a style – we made it up. Dia De Los Rojos is cold fermented as a traditional lager, but made red with a special blend of caramel malts; “Imperial-ized” with extra hops & malt for a higher alcohol level. This medium bodied beer, with a firm bitterness, finishes quick & clean with a short hop note.

Draught. Seems like somebody wanted to add alcohol to a Wiener lager. Sweetish aroma with a caramely red pour. Medium white head. Spicy aroma. Light body with a quick malt finish.
