Equal Parts is a quiet expression of place, patience, and purpose. Born from a shared reverence for local agriculture and time-honored technique, this lager is built around @riverbendmalt Tennessee-grown Bloody Butcher corn, an heirloom grain chosen not for novelty but for its honest, deep-rooted flavor and connection to the land.
Cereal-cooked and single-decocted to coax out its rich rustic sweetness and depth, the corn lays down a warm and textured foundation. It’s gently shaped by a restrained hand of equal parts Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Cascade hops. The result is a beer that honors its ingredients as much as the growers and brewers who bring them to life, subtle yet expressive and familiar yet distinct.
Brewed in collaboration with our New Jersey friends @theseedbeer, Equal Parts reflects a commitment to beer that tells a story of soil, season, and shared respect. It’s not just a lager, it’s a dialogue between land and brewer. It’s a reminder that the best beers are grown as much as they are brewed.

Can from Tavour. Pours very pale gold with a slight white head that didn't last long. Aroma has a little corn, a little bread and light grass/spice. Med body. Flavor is pretty much the aroma. Surprisingly dry. Surprisingly bitter. Much nicer than anticipated.
