Crosstown Classic is a West Coast IPA brewed with the @mjfbrewdistill Hop Blend (Citra, Citra Lupomax, El Dorado, and Elani) Mosaic, and Mosaic Full Spectrum. It’s the latest in our very loose series of baseball beers with brew with friends that we want to go see a game with.

Can from Tavour. Pours bright gold with a transient white head. Aroma is dankish herbaceous/resin. Med body. Malt is detectable, but it's dankly bitter. Flavor is the aroma plus garlic and pine. Strong and nice flavor.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some allium, with oniony notes, pine, oily resins, some dankness, and biscuity malt. Flavour has piney and resinous hops, dankness, some oiliness, a touch of allium, and bready malt to back. Oily, somewhat oniony, reasonable hop blend, but not exactly what I like in a WC. Good.

473mL can. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Bright, piney, dank on the nose. Flavour is dank and piney up front, but there's a ton of onions on the finish that make it hard to get into. Pretty oily. I really like the nose, but the flavour profile is a bit off. Improves as it warms up.
