Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla beans
Inspired by everyone’s favorite top-crust only peach pastry, No Oven Required expands our legacy of pastry-inspired beers. We treated our infamous Black Tuesday bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with peaches, vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon for the perfect cobbler flavor. Grab a glass and slice into this decadent stout— no oven necessary

Bottle from Utobeer, Borough Market. Aromas of peach, apricot, vanilla, cinnamon, pineapple. Taste is coconut, peach, sweet spice, almond paste, vanilla, sweet tobacco, bourbon. Humungously warming & complex & exceedingly flavoursome. Top notch.

Dark sweet and roasted malty with notes of chocolate, some dark fudge like sweetness, getting Stonefruit notes of peach and apricot, bourbon kicks in, full bodied, peachy and dark malty warming finish. Different but works well and nicely balanced.

Roasted malts and peaches in the Aroma.
Flavor is roasted malts, faint peaches, dark dried fruits, faint dark chocolate
The peaches are felt throughout the tasting experience but they do not dominated.
Comes off as a bit boozy but nowhere nearly as much as expected. Alc well hidden

2024 release. Not getting much of the peach, it’s overwhelmed by the barrel, chocolate, bourbon, cinnamon notes
