Bottle of CBJ Tasting. Aroma is big and custard with a vaguely bitter edge. Flavourwise it's boozy and sweet and custard iver light dough. Medium bodied. Creamy. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to me. Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin bodied dark malts, a little dark chocolate, some bourbon richness. A nice floral peach sits quite well. Spicy boozy finish. Novel.

Bottle from Utobeer, Borough Market. Aromas of peach, apricot, vanilla, cinnamon, pineapple. Taste is coconut, peach, sweet spice, almond paste, vanilla, sweet tobacco, bourbon. Humungously warming & complex & exceedingly flavoursome. Top notch.

Dark sweet and roasted malty with notes of chocolate, some dark fudge like sweetness, getting Stonefruit notes of peach and apricot, bourbon kicks in, full bodied, peachy and dark malty warming finish. Different but works well and nicely balanced.

Roasted malts and peaches in the Aroma.

Flavor is roasted malts, faint peaches, dark dried fruits, faint dark chocolate

The peaches are felt throughout the tasting experience but they do not dominated.
Comes off as a bit boozy but nowhere nearly as much as expected. Alc well hidden

2024 release. Not getting much of the peach, it’s overwhelmed by the barrel, chocolate, bourbon, cinnamon notes
