ON TAP. Almost clear ruby-red, beige creamy head. Aroma: (A touch of funk and sourness? Might be a bit off.) Sweet sugary caramel, a bit toasty and a touch of fruit. Some diacetyl. Unlike the unfiltered version - no hops. The taste is a nice balance between dark caramel, toast and dried fruit sweetness (a tad too sweet?), pungent spicy hoppy finish (and, yeah, som funk?). Basically it is a sweeter version of their Aurie (with some tannins in the finish). Also, look like it was a bit off - might need a reevaluation.
