Our post modern West Coast IPA pours exceptionally bright in a slight orangish pale yellow. Aromas of soft honeydew melon, guava & berries. Restrained bitterness finally kicks in lending to a snappy finish with fruit still lingering on the palate. Made with Amarillo, Mosaic & Simcoe hops.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with an orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has citrus rind and a bit of mango with a touch of light sweet grain supporting. Flavor has dank citrus and light melon with a bit of grain backing.
