This beer pays homage to our stunning Yorkshire heartland, the inspiration behind everything we brew. This pale ale is full-bodied, well-rounded and slightly sweet on the palate. A generous addition of Mount Hood hops late in the boil result in a delicate fruity aroma.

500ml bottle. Gold, small white head, minimal retention. Aroma of bready malts and citrus hops with a touch of herbs. Taste is light, citrusy, semi-sweet, biscuit malts, quite refreshing, low to average bitterness. Light body, moderate carbonation. Its quite a simple blonde beer but has a decent sessionability to it.

NEW REVIEW Cask at Woodlark, Derby (not listed in Ratebeer) on 23/9/23. Pours a pale straw with a small off-white head and good lacing. The aroma is floral hops and summer fruits. In the mouth it is sweet, but bitter undertones quickly become apparent. Flavour has mango, summer fruits and a hint of lemon, leading to a slifghtly dry finish. It’d reasonable. ORIGINAL REVIEW Cask at Posada, Wolverhampton. Pours a pale lemon yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Aroma is mainly floral hops, but with some citrus undertones. In the mouth it is fruity, featuring apples, lemon and mango plus a hint of biscuits underneath it all. Finish is fruity as well. Simple and refreshing.

Cask at The Wellington inn, Darley. A suitably fruity ale that wasn't heavy on the palate.
