Our Original Brew. No self respecting brewery should be without one. Light, Golden and designed for Vikings with Ginger hair. However, if you cross our palms with a bob or two we will not insist on the ginger hair. Actually with taxes, it is probably going to be more than that !

Cask (gravity) @ The 16th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2010, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moth - mold - fusty, apple, light roasted - caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20100429]
