Hops are normally dried to preserve their precious flavours & aromas, but by using fresh green hops, special and unique bright, fresh, floral characters are introduced. The hops are complimented by pale and roasted malt to provide a full bodied traditional Pale Ale background.

Cask at the standing order. Pours clear golden amber, nose is toffee, biscuit, taste is sweet, dry toffee, light fruit.
