We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. Cheers to Mother Nature and all she provides us!

Bottle from the Brewery Slightly hazy deep yellow color with a good sized frothy white head that persists. Big melon, tangerine, and grapefruit on the nose with some faint sweet bready maltiness and a hint of toast. Over ripe citrus flavors with bits of melon and light sweet bread. Pretty fruit tasty IPA!

Pours hazy pear into an English pint. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Soft with sweet yeasty lemon joy upfront turning to a clean medium length light pine finish.
