Landbouw reinvented, fermented in Anne Amie oak puncheons.
Brewed with Seth Klann of Mecca Grade Estate Malt, mashed in with our pure untreated Parrett Mountain water and his Pelton pilsner malt, Wickiup hard spring red wheat, and Rimrock malted rye, hopped with Crosby Hop Farm-grown Goldings, fermented 100% in puncheons formerly used for Pinot blanc, with a saison-brett mixed culture.
