Awesome beer. Perfect west coast toasty malt profile. Monstrous bold juicy to bitter hop profile. A lot of depth and punch for the abc. Pineapple grapefruit awesomeness.

On tap at the source. Pours with a slight hazed golden hue with a thick and retentive white head with great lace. Deep, dank and resiny simcoe with medium fruit notes and mild pine. Grassy dry hops, light hops minimal fermentation character. Huge hop flavors, pine, grapefruit, crisp fruitiness and piney resin, with a bitterness that builds and then lingers nicely (not oppressively). Medium grass and tangerine. Bready malt structure. Very session able. Oddly a touch low on carbonation, I could use a little more brightness there (still carbed but it tastes about 2.35 vol, I’d like to see it closer to 2.55-2.6), medium to low body. Dry. Great stuff!
