Brewed exclusively with Weyermann Eraclea, the finest two-row Italian Adriatic Coastal barley, this malt offers subtle honey notes with a crisp finish. We used both Saphir and Spalter Select excessively on the hot side whilst a lighter approach was taken for the dry hop. We’re getting zesty lemon, fresh cut hay and a noble hop bitterness providing the perfect pint as move into the warmer months.
