Draft at Oedipus, opening party for Carnivale Brettanomyces ’17. Murky golden color. White head. Aroma’s: funky, light sour. Retronasal there’s light sweetness, wood, sourness. Flavor is sourish, moderate btter. Medium bodied. Somewhat dry, moderate bitter finish.

Tap at Oersoep. Hazy dark golden with off white head. Yoghurt, sour white wine, grapes, grassy hops, lemon, baby puke, Brett sweat. Just medium sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied.
