Sampled @ BAF Rotterdam 2018. A hazy light orange golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of tart strawberries, lactic fruits, brett. Taste of tart strawberries, lactic fruits, brett, dry sour strawberries.

Bottle sample at CB'18. Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of malts, hay, some lemon, grapes, wood. Flavour is light funky, wood, hay, lemon, grapes, light tartness. Light bodied. Decent.

F: no real. C: deep gold, bit murky, hazy. A: funky, bit white wine, peach, brett, fruity sourness, bit woody. T: woody with low tannis, floral, grassy, white wine traces, very refreshing and easy drinkable yet not so complex, light body, lower carbonation, fully enjoyed, sample draft @ Swafff! Brussels Craft Beer Festival – 2nd. day.

Bottle, BB 2023. Hazy golden color, short frothy head. Aroma is fruity, light tartness, slight vanilla sweetness indeed. Sourish, bit lactic, some oak wood, slight vinegar note. Quite complex, not perfectly balanced though. Nice beer, but I think Oersoep is able to do better.

Dark blond with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour definitely have grape sugars but it's really dry. There's a real lick of wood with this one.

6 3 7 3 14 Draft at Oedpus, Carnivale Brettanomyces opening party 2017. Cloudy orange with an off white head. Aroma of big pooey funk, fruity turd, tart light fruits and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light to moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [22/06/2017]
