In fact the style of beer is more akin to a West Coast American Pale (albeit our beer has been brewed without any American hops). The West Coast Pale has a distinct ability to refresh all parts of the palate with the masterful balance of all of beers elements. There’s a relenting bitterness that keeps you coming back for more and that’s what we have crafted with our Teutonic version. Using both German and English hops from two hop farms in Tettnang and Kent respectively, notes of resin, citrus and papaya come to the forefront as the organic Plumage Archer and Munich malts keep the hops in check. Raw YQ wheat also provides ballast and foam to further project the hops aroma. It’s my personal go-to beer in the Beer Hall at the moment
