PET from the brewery. Hazy dark amber, very creamy ivory head. Not super intense, but still, quite a bit of tropical fruit, sweet citrus and caramel, as well as some overripe fruit and buttery notes. The tastes is fruity, tropical fruit, a bit too heavy on Crystal sugars I’m afraid, but not really cloying. Crisp and pungent piney and zesty bitterness of just the right intensity, but the malts fight back. Some diacetyl here too. Not bad, but needs some polishing.
