BOTTLE. Clear pale lemony colored, sparkling white head. Smells dry, a touch acetic and boozy, but not actually cidery. The taste is very sweet, but there is a glimpse of cidery hope coming through the sugars - some apple skins and a touch of vinegar. Still, not far away from the juice territory.
