APR-2018. „Centennial hop” 4,6% abv. Cloudy amber, small head. The aroma is bit dull - light caramel, some herbs and green hops, maybe a touch of clove far behind. The taste is just as vague - light bready wheaty caramel, subtle wheat beer astringency and a hint of tartness. There's some bitterness in the finish - it's either the clovy spice from the wheat or the green grass from the hops - hard to say. A bit boring and and characterless, but, thankfully, nothing offensive either. 6-3-6-3-13=3,1.





18-JAN-2018. Cloudy amber-red, beige head. Sweet floral and fruity nose, with some rotten fruit and even hints of wine/vinegar. Taste: bubble gum fruitiness and vague hops with prominent stale fruit notes. Prickly lively mouthfeel that almost makes it feel sourish. Not as bad as last time, but still a long way to go. 5-3-6-3-11=2,8.





24-JAN-2017. PET growler. Cloudy amber, very small head. The aroma is very subtle, just a hint of buttery pie crust, some toasted sunflower seeds. The taste is harsh and tannic/astringent, with no particular malt character. Moderate hoppy bitterness with burned newspaper notes. 5-2-5-2-9=2,3
