11-JUL-2017. BOTTLE. Hazy amber, white head. Citrus zest, macerated sweet apples, glazed baked apples, some flowers, notes of vanilla. Similar taste, medium body, well carbonated, low bitterness. Ok. 6-4-7-3-14=3.4
10-JUN-2017. TAP at BCBF 2017. Hazy yellow, white head. Strong herb hop aroma, mostly resembling cooking herbs like basil or such. The taste is dry with bready malts and similar herbal hops, just a little bit of malt sweetness, subtle spicy bitterness. A nice pils. 7-4-7-4-14=3.6
