A medium-intensity dark beer with diverse flavours like roasted coffee, fruity and bittersweet, with a hint of alcohol. Dark fruit flavours are blended with toasted, almost charred touches. Low to moderate carbonatation. It is a perfect match for beef, pork ribs, lamb or assorted cheeses. Desserts such as pies, chocolate brownies and vanilla ice cream are also an excellent combination.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Opaque dark brown, huge short lived mocha head. Smells sour, but in a good way - nutty, green fruit seeds - there's some malt sweetness and roasty notes behind that. I'm even getting some sweet flowery undertones. The taste is not that sour, but still on the drier side - there's restrained black malț sugars, quite a bit of alcoholic heat - kinda like rum. The finish is strong spicy pungent hops that add more dryness, and some woody tannins too. Not your regular impy, and probably infected, but a happy accident that was.
