Yep, we did it again. Return collab with Hop Hooligans. This time in Cluj for the symmetry. We had some fun and sprinkled a ton of hops, El Dorado and Azacca, added some crazy Belgian yeast and made an IPA. Child's play. Like popping bubblegum balloons all over your face again. Except it doesn't stay stuck to your face!

BOTTLE from Berero. Cloudy amber, off-white head. The aroma has some bright fruit as well as grass, and distinct spicy notes of nutmeg and smoking plastic. Slightly boozy too. Same with the taste - starts slightly fruity and hoppy - ripe citrus, zest and light green onions - finishes with a distinct spicy note that feels a little smoky. Yeah, they play... It's, errr, interesting.
