Cloudy golden, off-white head. Pretty strong fruity aroma - sweet fruit, ripe bananas, some mangoes maybe, a little bit of pear drops, just a hint of ethyl acetate (alcohol from fermenting pears or bananas). Pretty strong peppery notes - both from the yeast and hops perhaps. The taste is more user friendly, more towards sweet fruit, but with enough tartness and spice to stay true to style. Nice fruit, nice body, enough spice - a pretty good weizen in my book.
