Cloudy golden, frothy off-white head. The aroma is juicy malts, slightly fruity with a good deal of grassy green pepper spice. Could pass as weizen too. Similar taste - juicy vaguely banana-ish malts, only barely spicy and very low on hops. It's got that chewy wheat beer mouthfeel, soft carbonation and a creamy texture. Well, Belgian it is not, a quenching moreish hearty beer it is.
