Hazy golden, creamy ivory head. Smells of fruity jammy malts - not strong but clean - light cereals. No quince at all. The taste has quite an unique sweetness profile - certainly not quince, more like a mix of mellow fresh pale stone fruit, custard pie and gem, with a strong influence from aromatic bitter herbs and the drilling wormwood bitterness that follows it.
