Almost clear amber, sediment, ivory head with some lacing. The aroma is mostly caramel malts, tart notes of unripe pink grapefruit, some cereals, hints of fermentation by-product harshness. Similar taste, more in the malty side, with a somewhat harsh phenolic bitterness. Not terrible, but has its weaknesses.
