Three headed yeast IPA- An American, Belgian and German yeast walk into a beer... or so the story goes. Spices and esthers, banana and bubblegum, play along with the Mosaic, Amarillo and Centennial hops, with a touch of Columbus cause we like it. OTHERWISE, a straightforward citrusy, floral and slightly dank IPA to get the juices flowing.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Hazy amber, sticky off-white head. The aroma is mostly caramel malts and fresh citrus, some mango. There could be some Hopfenweizen-like hoppy and grassy notes, maybe I'm even getting some clove, but those certainly do not stand out. The taste is a regular American IPA light caramel / honey malts and dry pithy citrus peel. Not sure what the other two yeasts did, but a good proper IPA it is.
