A dueling expression of organic coconut and hops. Aromas of orange and tropical notes of Citra. With a medium-light body, this American IPA will transport you to a tropical paradise with flavors of lightly toasted coconut, pineapple, and sweet orange.

Malt: Pilsner, Munich, Honey malt, Carafoam

On tap at the brewery pours golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice coconut pine citrus floral. Tatse is more of the nice sweet coconut pine and citrus.

RBWG 2018 draft at Resident. Clear gold. Floral coconut aroma. Taste is very lightly bitter coconut. Creative.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a somewhat hazy glowing deep gold body that supports a thin white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up modest levels of grapefruit, pineapple and coconut nuttiness. The taste delivers a smooth rich blend of sweet and nutty coconut then some mango, cantaloupe and papaya like fruity juiciness. Nice. The coconut is there and in your face but so too is the pleasing load of juicy hop flavor goodness. Behind those notes is a supportive bitter grapefruit and slightly under ripe pineapple hoppiness. Dange. Solid.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is fruity. Slight toasted malt. Bitter. Slight fruity. Dry, bitter, grapefruity and citrusy. Bitter and slight herbal finish.

Draft @ SDBW 2016 Guild Festival. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy coconut aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy tropical fruit flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy coconut and tropical fruit finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is grass and cocoa. Medium body, coconut water, grass, light bitterness, very good.
