Cloudy golden, pillowy white head. Smells really sweet - like a green tea with lots of honey and a small slice of lemon. The ginger is big too. The taste has that sweetness too, it more lemon here - both peel and sour flesh - that helps somewhat (sorta, like a good lemonade or a proper Radler). Spicy earthy ginger in the finish. A bit over flavoured, technically not bad.
