Draft at the Springs location. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is grassy hops, cloves, mild spruce, and biscuit dough. Sweet and grainy, with a mellow, sharp bitterness. Light body, crisp, and dusty. Bright and lovely.
