Tap at the Biergarten. Pours clear brown with a beige head. Aroma of dark chocolaty malt. Med body. Malty but not sweet. Somewhat bitter. Flavor is chocolate and dark malt. Nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with small off white head. The aroma is cocoa, nutty, roast. Medium body, nuts, roast, dark chocolate, dry finish, very good.

Pour is a almost black with some red highlights around the edge. Aroma is a decent roastyness with some bakers chocolate. Flavor is more roast with bitter chocolate and a bitter finish. Pretty true to the style and something easy drinking but your not going to get board of it.

Tap at Eppig. Sugary sweet. Not really nailing it but approximating the style close enough. Big toffee, caramel tones.
