A classic American style that is straw golden in color, has a hefty percentage of flaked maize making the body snappy and refreshing, with just the slightest kiss of American grown cascade in the boil to dress the aroma with a bit of sophistication.

Draft at John & Peter's Place in New Hope, PA. while watching a performance by Hubbell Benson. Amber gold pour has a finger high white head. Aroma of bready malt and mild citrus. Flavor is more of the same. Added notes of corn, grapefruit and pine. Light bodied and very drinkable.

Our Town Philly; pours gold with white head. Aroma is corny, grainy. Clean and pleasant. Doesn't feel like as low boost as it is.
