Hibernator is the newest beer in our Single Batch Series and the third lager that we have created here at Oakshire (Smokin’ Hell, Novemberfest). This Dopplebock is a mahogany colored lager with a deep fresh baked bread aroma. The sweet malty middle, with notes of ripe fruit and mild chocolate, is balanced by a touch of herbal German hops. With an elevated alcohol level peeking its head out near the clean finish, this hearty lager should warm up many damp and chilly nights. 7.7% abv. As always, our single Batch Series of beers are available on draft only and for a limited time.
