Can 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a lacing, white head. Intense aroma of mostly brewing cereal, some malt and sulphur. Solid, malty body, rather sweet brewing syrup with some finishing bitterness. A typical Strong Lager and not a Bock. 200326

0.5l can, thx Fil for sharing! Clear golden body, off-white head. Sweet malty aroma, light alcohol, vague green apple. Lean dry alcohol, herbal, honeyish dusty industrial maltiness, rough spicy bitter finish. Okay, but dusty and very obviously industrial.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Can looks good. Beer in the glass deep golden, huge head. Starts fine malty, spicy. Light alcoholic touch. Some woody-spicy notes as well. A bit metallical. Finish more balanced, spicy-malty. Warming. Nice.

Bottle. Clear dark gold sporting a proper white head. Aroma and taste of grains, malts, honey and straw. Moderate grainy bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Not as sweet and boozy as I feared but as unthrilling as expected (and I usually enjoy this style quite a bit).

0,5 l can from a local Hol´Ab! market. BB 07/26. Clear darker golden in the glass with a more than one finger white fine foamy head. Grainy aroma, some caramel on the nose. Taste starts grainy, some malt, increasing sweet floral alcoholic. Some caramel in the second row. Less bitter than expected from a Jever. Nearly a Heller Bock feeling.
